Master's Names, Telford's Report 1809
From the WIRKSWORTH Parish Records website at http://www.wirksworth.org.uk/A86-TELF.htm

Report from the Committee appointed to Examine into Mr Telford's Report and Survey, Relative to the Communication between England and Ireland by the North-West of Scotland.
Ordered by the House of Commons, to be printed 15 June 1809
Opinion of certain subscribing Persons in favour of Port Nessock as a station for the Conveyance of mails between the North of Ireland and Scotland
Appendix [H]

We the Undersigned are decidedly of the opinion, that if proper Piers were constructed at Bangor and Port Nessock, that Vessels might get out from those places whenever they navigate the Channel; and that in the course of the year more Passages may be made than between Donaghadee and Port Patrick, also with much less risk to Passengers or Vessels; and likewise, that the Embarkation of Troops and cattle may be managed with great safety and facility.

The lists were found in the Report from the Committee appointed to Examine Mr Telford's report and survey.
They are to be seen in a bound volume printed and published by the House of Commons in 1809.
The typeface is typical for that period, with 'f's' for 's's', otherwise is easy to read. This volume is currently owned by Derbyshire Archaeological Society. email: Malise McGuire
