Form for submitting your family tree details to The Society.

Subscription Renewal Form
Form for existing / lapsed members. If you would like to query your membership status you can contact either your local agent or the Keeper of the Master Membership File at memberinfo@metcalfe.org.uk. Both The Master Membership Keeper and the country agents have a complete listing of your membership subscription - your contact details, category of membership and which years you have paid.

Standing Order Mandate
Set up a standing order, forget about paying the subscription. If you have a UK bank account you can set up a standing order with your bank to pay your Metcalfe Society subscription automatically each year. In future years, you will not have to remember to renew your subscription or pay in advance. Email the Treasurer at treasurer@metcalfe.org.uk for a copy of the Standing Order Mandate form.

Gift Aid Declaration
Tax Recovery Form for UK Taxpayers. To be used by Members wishing to make a Gift Aid Donation to the Society. Help The Society gain additional income at no cost to yourself whatsoever!
